    1-1/2 lbs. round steak (or skirt steak)
    1/4 cup flour
    1/4 cup butter
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. seasoning salt
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 small garlic (minced)
    1 can beef broth
    1/2 cup sour cream
    Cooked egg noodles

    Cut steak into thin strips, then cut in 1 inch chunks
    Season with salt and pepper, and toss with flour. Melt butter in large skillet and brown meat in butter. Add onion, garlic and brown lightly. Stir in broth, cover and cook on low for 1 hour (stir occasionally). When meat is tender, add sour cream and heat for 5 minutes more. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
