    Grilled Pork Loin

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1 Tblsp. Caribbean Jerk Seasoning
    1 boneless pork tenderloin

    Glaze:

    1/4 cup brown sugar blend (Splenda)
    1/4 cup bourbon

    Recipe

    Stir together soy sauce and seasoning. Put in a ziploc bag and add tenderoin. Marinate in frig for 2-12 hours.

    Preheat grill to 350-400 degrees. Remove pork from marinade and discard marinade. Let stand at room temp for 30 min.

    Stir together brown sugar and bourbon. Baste tenderloin with glaze and grill for 25 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 150. Remove from grill and let stand 10 minutes.
