    1/2 cup cocoa
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt

    Recipe



    Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Add water and mix until smooth. Bring this mixture to a boil and allow to boil for 1 minute.

    Remove from heat. Let cool slightly, and add vanilla.
