    This is excellent on those cold winter nights!

    List of Ingredients




    8 slices bacon (fried crisp)
    1 cup chopped onions
    2 cups peeled, cubed potatoes
    1 can chicken broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1-3/4 cups milk
    4 oz. sour cream
    salt & pepper to taste
    8 oz. velveta cheese

    Recipe



    Saute onions in 1 Tblsp. of the bacon fat for 2-3 minutes. Add potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes. Stir in cream of chicken soup, sour cream and crumbled bacon. Add milk, salt, pepper, and cheese. Heat to serving temperature but DO NOT BOIL.
