    3 cups chicken broth
    1 can diced tomatoes (28 oz)
    1 can navy beans drained (15 oz.)
    2 carrots peeled and chopped
    1 celery stalk, chopped
    1 cup onion chopped
    1 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. sage
    salt/pepper
    2 cups cooked ditalini pasta
    1 medium zucchini chopped

    Recipe



    In slow cooker, combine everything except cooked pasta and zucchini. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

    Thirty minutes before soup is done, add pasta and zucchini. Cook 30 more minutes and serve with grated parmesan.
