Recipe Introduction
This makes enough for a crowd, and really hits the spot on a cold winter night!
List of Ingredients
2 (14 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
1 can red beans
1 can kidney beans
2 cans pinto beans
1 can mexican corn
2 pkgs. taco seasoning
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
1 can Rotel
2 lbs. lean ground beef
Recipe
Brown the ground beef and drain if necessary. Add the rest of the ingredients (DO NOT DRAIN any of the cans of beans or vegetables).
Simmer for about 15-30 minutes.
Serve with grated cheese, crackers and/or Fritoes
