    The Best Peanut Butter Fudge

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 cups sugar
    • 1 cup evaporated milk
    • 1/2 cup butter or margerine
    • 1/2 bag marshmallows
    • 18 oz peanut butter
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 2 TBSP karo syrup


    Instructions


    1. Put sugar, evaporated milk, karo syrup and butter into a large, heavy saucepan.

    2. Cook over med. heat till it reaches 232 degrees on a candy therometer.( about 7 min.)

    3. Remove from heat and marshmallows, vanilla and peanut butter. Beat with an electric mixer on med. until smooth.

    4. Pour in to 9x13 pan. Let set several hours until firm.

    5. Keep tightly covered.
