    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup brown sugar
    3 TBS applesauce
    1 egg white
    2 TBS flour
    1 (10.25 ounce) package of brownie mix

    Recipe



    Line cookie sheet with foil and spray with FF cooking spray
    Mix brown sugar, applesauce and egg white
    Then add in flour and brownie mix
    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet
    With a damp fork press cookies into 1 1/2 inch circles
    Bake for 10 minutes

    Makes 2 dozen cookies
    I like to make them into sandwich cookies and add marshmellow fluff in between 2 of the cookies...be sure to add extra points for that though :)
