    Makes 6 servings, at 5 points a serving.

    List of Ingredients




    6- medium potatoes
    1- pound ham, cubed
    1 -10 ¾ oz. Cream of Chicken soup, healthy request
    1- medium onion

    Recipe



    Put ½ the potatoes, ham, onion, and cheese. Repeat layers. Spread soup on top to seal.. Cook in Crock pot 8 to 10 hours.
