    2 pkgs instant pistachio pudding mix
    1 pkg. white cake mix (the kind without pudding added)
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup oil
    5 eggs (do not beat)

    Recipe



    Combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, milk, and oil. Blend well. Add eggs and beat well. Bake in greased and floured angel cake pan or Bundt pan, 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

    Do not invert cake while cooling. Put on cake plate after it is cool.

    Pistachio Icing
    Mix 1 package pistachio pudding mix and 1 1/2 cup milk for about 2 minutes. Add 9 ounces Cool whip and mix. Refrigerate for 15 minutes, then spread on cake.
