    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg. white cake mix
    3/4 cup vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    1 cup 7-up or club soda
    3-1/2 oz. pkg. pistachio instant pudding
    1 cup finely chopped nuts, preferably pecans
    1/2 cup coconut

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased and floured 13x9-inch pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.

    Cover-Up Icing

    2 envelopes dry whipped topping mix (totaling 3 oz.) (Dream Whip)
    1-1/2 cups milk
    3-1/2 oz. pkg. pistachio instant pudding
    1/2 cup coconut
    3/4 cup finely chopped pecans

    Beat until thick, all ingredients except coconut and nuts. Spread on cake then sprinkle coconut and finely chopped nuts over the top.
