Cucumber Sandwiches

The following gets rants and raves and everyone begs me to bring these to every function. Foodobsessed.
List of Ingredients
1 loaf cocktail bread (pumpernickle or rye)
1 8 oz block cream cheese
1/2 cup mayo
1 envelope 7 seas italian dressing mix (dry)
1 cucumber thinly sliced
dill weed
Recipe
In a bowl mix cream cheese, mayo and 7 seas italian. Spread on bread, top with cucumber and sprinkle w/dillweed.
but instead of slicing the cucumbers, i chop them in a chopper and drain on a paper towel. then i mix them with all the ingredients like a spread. i let it sit in the frig for about 15 minutes first before spreading on bread. the flavors just meld together better this way...
