    Garlic Chicken Tenders with Mushrooms

    List of Ingredients




    3 or 4 whole chicken breasts skinned and boned and cut into strips.
    3/4 cup oil or butter or both
    3 cloves whole garlic cut into small pieces
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 small jar of mushrooms
    3/4 cup dry white wine
    handfull of chopped parsley
    2 chicken bouillon cubes mixed in 1/2 cup warm water
    5 squirts lemon juice
    1 tablespoon flour

    Shake chicken strips in a plastic bag with flour. Brown chicken lightly in oil and butter. Remove chicken and place aside. Add to remaining oil cut up garlic, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 small jar of mushrooms and 3/4 cup dry white wine, chopped parsley and dissolved chicken cubes in water. Then add lemon juice. Add more lemon, butter, garlic and some extra water for extra sauce. Saute above on low heat 5 to 10 minutes. Then put chicken back in pan and simmer in sauce for additional 10 minutes covered; add 1 tablespoon flour to thicken.
