List of Ingredients



• 3 cups
  
• 2 cups sugar
  
• 1/3 cocoa
  
• 1 tsp salt
  
• 2 tsp baking soda
  
• 2 tbls vinegar
  
• 2 tsp vanilla
  
• 3/4 cup vegitable oil
  
• 2 cups cold water
  






Instructions



1. In large mixing bowl combine all dry ingrediants. Add vinegar, vanilla and oil then pour cold water over all. Mix well. Pour into 13X9 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
