    List of Ingredients


    • 6 large potatoes cooked and peeled and cubed
    • 1 small onion chopped
    • 1 bunch radishes cut into slices
    • 4 celery sticks cut into small chunks
    • 1/2 green pepper cut into small chunks
    • 1/2 bunch sliced green onion ( use as much to desired taste)
    • 1 small can black sliced olive
    • 4 boiled eggs sliced or mashed
    • 5 to 10 pea pods sliced (opt.)
    • 1 to 2 cup mayonaise
    • 3 tablespoons pickle juice (more may be added if needed)
    • Johnnys seasoning salt


    Instructions


    1. Mix the mayonaise and pickle juice together and set aside. Mix in a large bowl potatoes, onion, radishes, celery, green pepper, green onion, black olives, pea pods and eggs. Season with Johnnys seasoning salt to desired taste. Pour mayonaise mixture over all and mix. Refridgerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving.


    Final Comments


    You can use mustard in place of the pickle juice if you choose to use pickles in this recipe. You can also use salad noodles in place of the potatoes.
