    • 8 ounce can pinapple chunks
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup white vinegar
    • 2 tsp. soy sauce
    • 2 tsp. cornstarch
    • 2 TBSP cold water
    • 1/2 cup orange marmalade


    Instructions


    1. Combine pinapple and juice, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce in a medium sauce pan and heat to boiling. Mix cornstarch and water stir into hot pinapple mixture. Return to boiling and simmer one minute stirring constantly. Stir in orange marmalade and remove from heat. Cover and refridgerate.


    Final Comments


    Serve warm or cold. This is real good over chicken or pork. Makes 2 Cups.
