1 16 oz pearl barley
1 Cup peanut butter
1/4 Cup mild molasses
6 eggs


Recipe

Cook barley according to the directions on the package - leave out the salt called for on the package. Let it cool a bit so the eggs don't scramble when you add them. Next, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix the peanut butter and molasses with the barley. Lightly beat the eggs and mix them in too. Drop onto an ungreased cookie sheet with a spoon. Bake aprox. 12 min. Keep refridgerated in a air tight container. Freeze any that won't be used within a couple of days.
