List of Ingredients
1 lb chicken cutlets 5 cloves garlic
1 egg mixed with a little milk & juice of 2 lemons
1/4 cup parmasan cheese 8 oz mushrooms
flour 1/2 cup white wine
1/2 stick margarine & 1 T oilRecipe
Dip chicken in egg mixture (egg, milk & cheese) then in flour. Fry in margarine & oil until browned. Remove. In 1/4 stick margarine & a little oil brown 5 cloves garlic. Squeeze juice of 2 lemons, add mushrooms & brown. Add wine & simmer 5 min. Place chicken in casserole dish. Pour wine mixture over chicken & bake 1/2 hour
@ 350 degrees.
