    This is a wonderful bread, with a slight hint of sweetness.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 large egg
    • 4 tablespoons honey
    • 2 tablespoons margarine
    • 1 cup instant oatmeal (uncooked)
    • 2 3/4 cups flour
    • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast or 1 package yeast


    Instructions


    1. Bring all ingredients to room temperature
    2. Mix all ingredients in bread machine and bake on light crust cycle and sweet bread cycle. I watch mine the last 15 min. or so, so that it doesn't get to brown.
