    This is a hearty loaf and is really good for sandwiches

    List of Ingredients




    1-1/3 cups water
    2 tablespoons butter
    3 tablespoons maple sirup
    1/3 cup All-Bran cereal
    1/3 cup sunflower seeds
    1-1/2 teaspoons salt
    2-1/4 cups bread flour
    1-1/3 cups whole wheat flour
    3 teaspoon bread machine yeast

    Recipe



    Place ingredients in your machine according to manufacturer. Use whole wheat setting.

    I used flax seed meal instead of wheat germ and also added 2 tablespoons of gluten,
