    3 cup sugar
    3/4 cup butter
    2/3 cup evaporated milk
    1-7 ounce jar marshmallow creme
    1 cup nuts
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Recipe



    Combine sugar, butter amd milk.
    Bring to boil, stirring constantly till temperature reaches 238.
    Remove, stir in chocolate chips till melted.
    Add marshmallows creme, nuts and vanilla.
    Beat till well blended.
    Pour in 9 by 13 pan .
    Cool and store in refrigerator.

    Mint Fudge:
    Add 1 cup Kraft party mints or butter mints, omit nuts.

    Peanut Brittle Fudge:
    Add 1 cup peanut brittle, crushed, omit nuts
