    This is a recipe my mother used to make and I finally flund it Kayce's website3

    List of Ingredients




    3 cups flour
    3 teaspoons baking powder
    1 cup margarine
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup strained carrots(can use 2 small jars baby food)

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350. and grease cookie sheet
    Sift dry ingredients and set aside
    Cream sugar with margarine, add carrots, eggs, vanilla
    Mix in dry ingredients and mix well.
    Drop from teaspoon on greased cookie sheet
    Bake 15-20 minutes.
    Frost with orange icing recipe on powdered sugar box using orange extract instead of vanilla.
    Frost while slightly warm, but not hot.
