    This is from a special longtime friend and is real simple to make and very good!

    List of Ingredients




    3 cup flour
    2 cup sugar
    6 tableapoons cocoa
    3/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    2 tablespoons white vinegar
    2 cup water

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour in layer pans or 9 by 13 pan.
    Bake at 350.
    Layers 35 minutes, oblong 45-50 minutes
