    2/3 cup cocoa
    2 cup flour
    1-2/3 cup sugar
    1-1/3 cup water
    2/3 cup butter
    3 eggs
    2 teaspoons instant coffee
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients and then beat on high speed for 4 minutes.
    Pour in 2-9 inch layer pans.
    Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

    Mocha Frosting
    1 pound powdered sugar
    1/2 cup butter
    1/4 cup cocoa
    1 teaspoon instant coffee
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/4 cup water
    Combine ingredients and beat on high speed for 3 minutes or till smooth and creamy.
