You can use any flavor pudding mix and any kind of nuts.
List of Ingredients
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1/4-1/2 cup pecans, chopped
8 ounce package of cream cheese
1 cup Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar
2 small packages instant lemon pudding
1-3/4 cup milk
Recipe
Mix first 3 ingredients andpat in 9x13 pan, Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
Soften cream cheese, add sugar and fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust
Mix pudding and milk. Beat till it starts to thicken and pour over second layer. Let set 1 hour and top with rest of Cool Whip.
