    Rhubarb Pineapple Dessert

    2 cups crushed pineapple, drained well
    2 cup rhubarb, cut in 1 inch pieces
    1/2 cup sugar, divided
    1/2 cup flour
    12 cup oatmeal
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon salt

    Recipe



    Mox rhubarb and pineapple in greased 8 inch square dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar. Mix rest of ingredients and sprinkle over and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.

    Double rhubarb and pineapple, use square 9 inch dish and add 3/4 cup sugar
