    1/4 cup soft butter
    1/4 cup shortening
    1/3 replacement sugar that is cup for cup
    1/2 cup liquid egg substitute
    1 egg white
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
    1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
    3/4 cup flour

    Recipe



    Cream butter and shortening, add sugar and blend thoroughly.Add egg substitute,egg white, vanilla, lemon extract and lemon peel. Stir till well creamed. Add flour and blend till thoroughly combined.
    Drop by teaspoons on greased cooky sheets.
    Bake at 359 for 10-12 minutes or till edges turn golden brown. Cool on a rack 2 minutes. Remove from sheet and place on rack to cool completely.
