List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cup cold firm black beans
1/2 c. bean broth
1 onion, minced
2 1/2 cup cooked rice
2T veggie oil
1/2 cup cilantro
1 chopped green bell pepperRecipe
In large skillet, heat veggie oil.
Sautee onion and garlic- add green pepper.
Add beans and worcestire sauce.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Add rice and cilantro.
Simmer 10 minutes more.
