1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
1/2 cup butter
2 cups whipping cream
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt
1/2 t. nutmeg
20 oz. fresh spinach, shredded

Recipe



- Bring butter and whipping cream to a boil over medium-high heat; reduce heat to medium and cook, stiring often, 15 minutes or until thickened
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt and nutmeg. Add spinach and cook over low heat, stirring often until wilted. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
