    Spinach and Cheese Stuffed Tomatoes

    List of Ingredients




    6 medium tomatoes
    1 pkg. frozen spinach
    3/4 cup cottage cheese
    1/4 cup grated parmesan
    3T bread crumbs
    1/2 t. dried basil

    Recipe



    - Cut off top of tomatoes - drain and salt
    - Cook spinach 6-8 minutes
    - Add all other ingredients to spinach
    - Fill tomator shells and cook 3-4 minutes
