    2. cup frozen hashbrown with onions and peppers
    2T olive oil
    2 cups frozen veggies
    2 cups spaghetti sauce
    1/2 cup cheese

    Recipe



    1. Cook potatoes in oil- 6-8 minutes.
    2. Stir in veggies and sauce and bring to a boil - simmer 7 minutes.
    3. Add cheese until melted.
