    Garbage-Can Casserole

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. hamburger meat
    Salt and pepper
    1 can whole-kernel corn
    4 to 5 whole potatoes, mashed
    6 slices of Velveeta cheese

    Recipe



    Brown hamburger meat, adding salt and pepper to taste.

    Drain grease and add drained corn to hamburger;

    put in casserole dish and top with mashed potatoes (salted and peppered to taste).

    Cover casserole with potatoes, then top with Velveeta cheese slices.

    Bake in a 350-degree oven until cheese is melted.

    Serves how many: Makes 6 to 8 servings
