    BREAKFAST TORTE

    I THOUGHT IF YOU WANTED TO YOU COULD PROBABLY USE A BAG HASBROWNS WITH ONIONS AND PEPPERS IF YOU WERE IN A PINCH AND NEEDED IT TO BE QUICK.

    List of Ingredients




    8 QUICK CRESCENT ROLLS
    1-2 CUPS OF SAUSAGE (ANY KIND)
    1-2 CUPS POTATOES, DICED
    1 GREEN BELL PEPPER, DICED
    1 ONION, DICED
    1 PKG SWISS CHEESE
    1 PKG MOZZARELLA CHEESE

    Recipe



    PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 375 AND PLACE 4 CRESCENT ROLLS IN THE BOTTOM OF A GREASED 8 X 8 PAN.
    COOK UNTIL DOUGH IS SLIGHTLY PUFFY, NOT FULLY COOKED. TAKE PAN OUT OF OVEN AND SET ASIDE.

    CRUMBLE SAUSAGE AND COOK IN PAN AND DRAIN FAT. PUT SAUSAGE ON TOP OF CRESCENT ROLLS.

    PUT 1/2 OF SWISS CHEESE AND MOZZARELLA ON TOP OF THE SAUSAGE.

    SEMI COOK THE POTATOES, PEPPER, AND ONION, AND PLACE ON TOP OF THE CHEESES, WHICH IS ON TOP OF THE SAUSAGE ETC.

    PLACE THE REMAINING CHEESE ON TOP OF THE VEGGIES. TAKE THE REMAINING CRESCENT ROLLS, AND CUT INTO LONG STRIPS AND CRISS CROSS THEM INTO A LATTICE WORK ON TOP OF THE CHEESE. COOK IN OVEN AT 375 UNTIL TOP IS GOLDEN BROWN.
