    Chocolate Cobbler



    Chocolat Cobbler Filling:
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 t. salt
    2 t. baking powder
    2 T. cocoa
    1/2 c. milk
    3 T. melted butter
    1 t. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts(optional)

    Topping:

    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. water

    Recipe



    For filling: sift dry ingredients into a 9-inch pan.
    Stir in milk, butter and vanilla.
    Spread batter evenly in pan.

    For topping:
    Mix sugars with cocoa and sprinkle over batter.
    Pour water over all.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
    Serve warm or cold with ice cream and whipped topping.
