Mom's Green Jello Salad

List of Ingredients

1 large package lime jello
1 large package cream cheese
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup pecans, coarsely chopped


Recipe

Prepare jello according to box directions. Cut up cream cheese into jello and mix with electric mixer until blended. Stir in pineapple. Pour into serving bowl and sprinkle with pecans. Refrigerate until set.

This was my mother-in-law's recipe and must be served at all of our holiday family dinners.
