CHICKEN / TURKEY CASSEROLE

List of Ingredients
- 3 Cups chicken or turkey - chopped
- 4 Boiled eggs - chopped
- 2 Cups cooked rice
- 1 1/2 Cups chopped celery
- 1 Small chopped onion
- 1 Cup mayonnaise
- 2 Cans Cream of Mushroom soup
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine and mix all ingredients well. Pour into one 3qt casserole and top with 1 cup bread crumbs mixed with 1 tablespoon melted margarine.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
