CHICKEN BREAST SUPREME

List of Ingredients
- 16 oz. Sour cream
- 1/4 Cup lemon juice
- 4 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Teaspoons paprika
- 4 Scant teaspoons salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon pepper
- 8 Chicken breast filets
- 1 3/4 Cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 Cup melted margarine
- 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Combine sour cream and next 6 ingredients in bowl; mix well. Add chicken, turning to coat well, Chill, covered, overnight.
- Roll chicken in bread crumbs, coating well. Arrange in a 9 X 13-inch baking dish. Drizzle half the margarine over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Drizzle with remaining margarine. Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Yield: 8 servings.
