Very good for the holidays.


List of Ingredients




12 oz. cream cheese
5 oz glass jar Kraft Raka Blue Cheese
5 oz. glass jar Kraft Old English Sharp Cheese
5 oz. Bordens Smokey Cheese or 8 oz soft smokey cheese
1 C. ground pecans
1 t. worcestershire sauce
1/2 C. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 t. Accent
2 T. grated onion

Have cheese at room temp. Mix with accent, oinion, worcestershire sauce, 1/2 the pecans and 1/2 parsley. Put into bowl lined with plastic wrap and leave overnight in refrigerator.

Unmold by placing a plate over bowl and then turn upside down and remove the wrap. The put and press the balance of the nuts over the ball. (quick method...put nuts and cheese ball in bowl with sealing lid and shake)

**Notes**

Mix by hand. Mixer will make too creamy
