    Chocolate Icebox Cake

    List of Ingredients




    2 pkgs german sweet chocolate
    1/2 T water
    4 eggs
    2 T powdered sugar
    1/2 C nuts

    1 1/2 C whipped whipping cream

    angel food cake mix - prepared

    Instead of whipping your own topping, may substitute cool whip

    Recipe



    Melt 2Pkgs of German Sweet Chocolate with 1 1/2 T water
    Remove from stove and add 4 beaten egg yolks, beat till smooth and add
    2T powdered sugar
    1/2 C nuts.

    Beat 4 egg whites till stiff
    1 1/2 C whipped whipping cream

    Fold whites into chocolate
    Then fold in whipping cream

    Line deep bowl withe angel food cake ( I make with cake mix)
    Alternate cake and chocolate
    Place in Refrig overnight and turn bowl over onto plate and cover with
    whipped wipping cream
