1 pkgs. Dunkin Hines Butter CAke Mix
4 eggs
1 C. oil
1 - 16 oz. can mandarin oranges with juice

Frosting:

1 large can crushed sweetened pineapple with juice
1 large box vanilla instant pudding
1 large cool whip-12 oz
1 large can coconut - 7 oz

Recipe



For Cake:

Combine cake mix, oil, oranges with juice. Mix well.

Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each egg.

Bake in 4 layers in 9 in. pan at 350 for 15-18 min.

Cool completely before icing.

Frosting:

Mix well - pineapple, coconut and pudding mix. Add cool whip.

Frost cake and refrigerate until ready to serve.
