    Cake is best if prepared 2 days in advance of serving and kept in refrigerator.

    List of Ingredients




    1 White CAke Mix
    1 C. coconut
    1 t. vanilla
    1 can Lopez Pina Calada mix


    Frosting:

    13 oz. cool whip
    1 C. coconut
    2 T. rum or rum flavoring.


    Recipe



    Prepare cake mix according to directions on box. Add coconut and vanilla. Bake in 9 X 13 pan.

    Remove from oven and cool 30-40 minutes.

    Punch holes in cool cake with fork.

    Pour in holes and on top of cake, 1 can Lopez Pina Calada mix. Cool.

    FROSTING:

    Mix coconut and rum into cool whip. Frost cake.
