List of Ingredients
1 chicken - cooked and cubed
2-3 C. chicken broth
2 C. chopped celery
1 1/2 C. onion - chopped
1/2 C. mushrooms - chopped
1/2 C. water chestnuts
1/2 C. bamboo shoots
1/2 C. chopped almonds
2 T. cornstarch
salt
Recipe
Saute chicken, celery, onions, mushrooms, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots and almonds in small amount of chicken broth.
In another pan, mix cornstarch and 1 t. salt in chicken broth. Cook over medium heat until thick. Boil 1 min. Add to sauted chicken mixture. Simmer 5 min.
Serve over rice with noodles and soy sauce.
