    First Layer:

    1 stick margarine-melted
    1 C flour
    1 C pecans

    Mix together and pat in bottom of rectangle casserole dish. Bake 20 minnutes at 350. Cool

    Second Layer:

    8 oz cream cheese
    1 1/2 C powdered sugar
    1 C cool whip

    Cream together.

    Third Layer:

    1 large pkg chocolate instant pudding
    1 large pkg vanilla instant pudding
    3 C milk
    1 C sugar

    Follow instructions on pudding box.

    Fourth Layer:

    Top with cool whip and chopped nuts.
