PUMPKIN BROWNIES

EXCELLENT! This is a favorite of the family.
List of Ingredients
- 2 C. pumpkin (1# Can)
- 1 C. cooking oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 C. sugar
- 2 C. flour
- 2 t. baking powder
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 t. ginger
- 1/4 t. cloves
- 1/4 t. nutmeg
- 3 oz. cream cheese - softened
- 1 t. milk
- 1 3/4 C. powdered sugar
- 3/4 stick softened margarine
- 1 t. vanilla
Instructions
- Mix pumpkin, oil, and eggs.
- Add sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg.
- Mix well. Bake in a jelly roll pan at 350 degrees for 25 min.
- FROSTING
- Add softened cream cheese, milk, powder sugar, margarine, and vanilla. Mix well.
