    Pizza Stone
    1 package Martha White pizza dough flour
    Pepperoni
    6 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
    6 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese
    Small can mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    Any other pizza toppings you like: black olives, green peppers, bacon, ham, banana peppers, ground beef…
    Barilla brand marinara sauce
    1 egg, slightly beaten

    Preheat oven to 450°. Mix dough according to directions. Roll it out into a rectangle 3/16” thick. Cover a strip 4-5” wide with pepperoni. Add cheeses (its a lot, but add it all--its hard to get too much). Add other pizza toppings (mushrooms, onions, etc.) Fold the dough over the ingredients making a sealed package. CAREFULLY transfer stromboli to pizza stone without tearing it. Paint egg wash over top and sides of stromboli with pastry brush. Bake 20 minutes until golden brown on top. Serve with warm marinara sauce. Cut stromboli in half to serve two people
