List of Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
1/4 t. pepper
1 C. bread crumbs
1 1/2 t. salt
1 egg, beaten
8 oz. tomatoes, whole
1 onion - chopped
1 bell pepper - choppedRecipe
Mix ingredients together.
Sauce for topping:
2-8 oz. tomato sauce
3 t. vinegar
3 t. brown sugar
2 T. mustard
2 t. worchester sauce
Blend.
Pour sauce over meatloaf.
Bake at 350 till done.
