List of Ingredients

6 to 8 oz fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced
1 large sweet onion, chopped
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 cans (14 oz each) diced tomatoes with basil, oregano, and garlic
2 cans (14 oz each) diced tomatoes with garlic and olive oil
1 large (28oz) can crushed tomatoes
1 large (28 oz) can tomato sauce
2 to 3 tsp minced garlic
2 Pkgs McCormick Zesty Italian Spaghetti Sauce
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp fresh minced parsley ( maybe a little more)
2 tsp basil



Recipe

Saute mushrooms in 1 tbsp olive oil. Transfer to stock pot. Saute onion in 1 Tbsp olive oil. Add to mushrooms. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour .
