    Braunschweiger Spread

    List of Ingredients
    1 tube (8oz) braunschweiger
    1 (4oz) pkg. cream cheese softened
    1/3 cup mayonainse
    2-3 Tbls. pickle relish
    2-3 Tbls. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
    garlic salt to taste
    Chopped parsley


    Instructions
    Combine the first seven ingredients until smooth.


    Shape into a ball and place in a small glass bowl.


    Cover and refrigerate over night.


    When ready to serve invert onto a platter and cover with parsley.


    Serve with crackers.
