    French Dip Sandwiches

    List of Ingredients
    3-4 lb roast ( I use a chuck roast )
    1 can beef broth
    1 pkg good seasons Italian dressing mix
    1 pkg dry au jus mix
    1 beef broth can of water


    Instructions
    Place roast in crock pot.
    Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the roast.
    Cook on low all day ( 8 hours )
    Remove meat from crock pot and shred.
    Return to juices in pot.
    Serve on french rolls with juice for dipping.
