    Chocolate Marbles



    List of Ingredients
    1 c chocolate chips
    1/2 c sugar
    1/4 c light corn syrup
    1/4 c water
    1 tsp orange extract
    2 1/2 c vanilla wafers, crushed
    1 c nuts, finely chopped
    small dish of sugar


    Recipe
    Melt chocolate chips. Add sugar, corn syrup and water. Mix well. Add orange extract, crushed vanilla wafers and nuts. Roll into balls about the size of large marbles. Roll in sugar. Makes about 4 ½ dozen. Vanilla or peppermint extract can be used instead of orange extract. Keep in covered container for up to 4 weeks.
